Conscious Breathwork

Conscious Breathwork is an ancient practice that quiets the mind, expanding our awareness and opening the energy centers in the body.  Using conscious, connected, diaphragmatic breathing, this breathwork meditation releases physical and emotional stress and opens the heart, replacing deeply rooted tension and fear with a lasting sense of peace, joy and happiness.

Blockages on the physical, emotional, and spiritual level often result in a narrowing of experiences in our everyday lives.  By breathing less fully into life, our energy can become stuck and when our energy isn’t flowing freely, we tend to feel stagnation in our lives in one way or another.  Rather than processing issues that arise in our day-to-day lives, we often unconsciously suppress and store them in our subconscious.  These stored issues take a large amount of energy to hold back and in turn, contribute to how we experience our reality in everyday life.

With Conscious Breathwork there is an exchange that releases old habits, beliefs and pain and replaces them with a profound sense of joy, love, well-being and inner peace.  The Breathwork grounds you, soothes the nervous system and allows your energy to flow freely throughout the body.  It releases physical and emotional stress, old traumas, limiting beliefs, and opens the heart, helping subconsciously held patterns of energy to release.

This exchange of energy enables us to not only let go of all that we have been holding on to, but also awakens renewed space within for all that we are creating in our lives.  Over time, as we learn to accept an open, healthy breath into our bodies, we find we are able to live our lives more fully, embodying a state of peace and inner balance, as we deepen the connection to our purpose and true inner self.

My first introduction to breathwork was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. It helped me to connect with my energetic body in a way that I had never felt before.  As we went deeper into the breathwork, I discovered energy centers in my body that had previously been blocked and with each release, came a sense of pure joy and bliss unlike anything I had every experienced before.  As I’ve continued to journey inward, I have come to see the power, beauty, and support that this incredible work provides.  It is this knowing that has inspired me to continue with the Breathwork on my journey inward and to make it a core part of my practice, helping others to move further along the path on their personal journeys.

The breathwork experience was incredible. I felt as though I was being wrapped in a cocoon of love, light, warmth and total peace.
