Q: How would you describe your approach to wellness coaching?

I meet new clients wherever they may be in their lives, and help them to identify the old patterns that have been holding them back. We work together to heal the physical and emotional body and discover their personal path to wellness.

I look at how all the areas of your life are connected. Often this starts with the simplest of questions: Does stress in your job or your relationship cause you to overeat? Does a lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?  Are the emotional challenges in your life resulting from…?? From there, I help you to set and accomplish goals to create the life you want.

Q: Why do people seek wellness coaching?

Clients often try coaching in order to work on specific areas of their lives – that could be anything from repairing relationships, finding work they love, dealing with obesity, solving health problems or simply wanting to be ready for the next exciting chapter in life.

Very often, my clients find that situations in one area of life lead them to other areas they hadn’t considered before. I help my clients see how the different areas of their lives are connected, and how to positively affect change across all of them. Often a tiny change can make a huge difference.

Q: What is included in a 75-minute Pranayama Breathwork Session?

  • Private Healing Sessions begin with a check-in and discussion to address health and wellness concerns and set an intention for the session.
  • We’ll then move into a deeply experiential breathwork healing process.
  • Utilizing a deep and rhythmic pranic breath, Gardner assists in activating the energy centers (chakras) in the body, which balances the brain and raises the level of one’s energetic vibration.
  • Specific areas of impact include freedom and healing from addictions, fear based limitations, limiting belief systems, physical pain and emotional or spiritual turmoil. Clients experience deep, real life transformation, increased clarity, creativity, serenity, joy and most of all EXPANSION!!
